  Been waiting for them to fix the boiler since Christmas. Have had an appointment cancelled due to engineer calling in sick. I guess he must be the only guy working there. No care from company of the inconvenience caused. I took a day off work to be told next available slot was the following week. It seems as though this firm has accepted way more work than they have capacity to deliver. Resulting in the deluge of poor reviews. The copy paste responses to the bad reviews should tell you all you need to know. Will be taking complaint further with local authority and MP.
  
  Update: Gets better, they eventually replaced the part, then head office scheduled a gas safety check. Then head office called a week prior to cancel the safety check as the engineer (same guy) had "called in sick for that entire week. I accept the new date.
  
  Following week the boiler breaks down again (diff issue now) so we make a call out. This is scheduled on the day of the original gas safety check.
  
  Low an behold, the guy that was apparently off sick for the week turns up to do the call out. When we express our suprise at seeing him he's bemused. He had no idea of this week off sick. Or the cancelled gas safety check. Even though we had a letter from Smith an Byford with his face pictured.
  
  So it appears head office just seemingly randomly reschedule appointments and make up lies for doing so. To what end I'm not quite sure...
  
  Oh and we're currently awaiting another part for the boiler, so really enjoying the current cold snap.
